By purchasing services from Mateo H Casis, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright and Usage Rights

• All images created by Mateo H Casis are copyrighted and remain his intellectual property, even after delivery.
• Clients are granted a personal usage license for the delivered images, allowing them to print, share, and display the work for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial usage requires a separate agreement and licensing fee.

2. Model Release

• By booking a session, you grant Mateo H Casis the right to use your likeness in the captured images for promotional, marketing, portfolio, and exhibition purposes.
• If you do not agree to the model release, this must be communicated in writing before the session, and an additional fee may apply.

3. Location Release

• If the session takes place at a private location, you are responsible for ensuring permission is obtained from the property owner or location management.
• If the Location Management Service is included in your package, Mateo H Casis will secure the necessary location permissions on your behalf.
• You agree to indemnify Mateo H Casis for any legal or financial issues arising if permission is not obtained, and the location management service was not included.

4. Payment and Reservation

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session and begin the creative process.
• Rescheduling or Cancellation:
  
  • If you reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours (2 days) before your session, you are eligible for a 50% refund or a rescheduled session without additional fees.
  • For changes made within 48 hours of the booking, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be possible at the discretion of Mateo H Casis and may incur a rescheduling fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, your payment is non-refundable, and rescheduling will require a new booking.

5. Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mateo H Casis (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure), the session may be rescheduled or canceled.
• Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to reschedule the session or issue refunds as appropriate.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time, prepared for the session, and bringing any pre-discussed wardrobe or props.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as schedules cannot always accommodate delays.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

• All personal information and image files are handled with strict confidentiality and are not shared beyond the agreed-upon purposes.
• Secure storage measures are in place to protect your files.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mateo H Casis is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the session or afterward (e.g., accidents at the location or technical malfunctions).
• Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

9. Final Image Delivery

• The final image(s) will be delivered in high-resolution digital format. Printing services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
• While every effort will be made to deliver images promptly, production timelines may vary based on the complexity of the session. Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the shoot.
